I write this letter with a big thank you to Wendy Lynch and team.  Having gone down the road to install gas central heating in our home, we could not believe it could have been so difficult.  However once Wendy came to give us a quote, we explained what problems we were having getting the mains gas to the house.  She was promptly on the case and things moved very quickly.

We gave the contract to Northern Gas to install and were very impressed by the level of excellent service.  It was all completed with consideration to out home and a very hard working team.

I was the lucky winner of your Radiator Race in the Express and Star.  I am writing to thank you for putting such an excellent prize and to compliment you on the service you provided.

Your two fitters, Karl and Melvyn, who installed the new boiler and thermostat valves, were very efficient and tidy in their work and I was pleasantly surprised at how little mess was created (even in the loft where a hole had to be made in the roof to accommodate the new flue).  Also it was freezing cold, despite having worked solidly all day, they did not hesitate to stay until after 8.00pm to ensure that we had heat.

Who could fail to be impressed by such customer care? I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and already have done so to my family and friends.
